MANILA, Philippines - At the wake of the airing of the television advertisement criticizing Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte paid for by Sen. Antonio Trillanes, Commission on Elections spokesperson James Jimenez on Friday said it has no jurisdiction on the content of ads.

Jimenez, seen in this video, said that the poll body only regulates the length and quantity of ads. But there is, however, a "standard," he admitted.
