WATCH: Duterte backpedals after complimenting Binay

CEBU CITY, Philippines — Vice President Jejomar Binay at Sunday's debate acknowledged a compliment from Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte, who said his presidential rival is qualified to lead the land.

Duterte, however, seemed to have backpedaled after giving the praise, but again admitted that it was sincere.
