WATCH: Presidential bets arrive in Cebu for debate
MANILA, Philippines — Four of the five presidential candidates arrived in Cebu on Sunday for the second presidential debate hosted by the Commission on Elections.
Among the bets, Sen. Miriam Defensor--Santiago will not participate and instead she will be at a international clinical trial for an anti-cancer pill.
Vice President Jejomar Binay was the first to arrive at the University of the Philippines.
